Thursday Doors: Doggie Delights

I was surprised and delighted to find these (presumably) temporary hoarding doors decorated so beautifully – absolutely no idea what the new building is all about, it wasn’t even there last time I walked along this way, but the artistic quality of the mural painting is excellent :-) 7 more words


Daffodils in the sunshine

I found these daffodils blooming in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford, East London :-) I tried to get down low to get a different viewpoint, looking upwards – not sure it worked quite the way I wanted, but at least I had fun trying.


Daily Prompt: Baby

I saw these baby-sized home-made statues standing together on the water-side of the towpath of the River Lea, placed carefully between two moored boats looking out over the river towards the old Olympic Stadium in East London  – they’re only about a foot high, but nevertheless caught my eye so I happily hunkered down next to them and captured them for posterity… :-)
