Our P6s and P7s have performed brilliantly in their most recent races at Duddingston. The races were out of 200+ people and our amazing runners and people came 50th, 41st (to name a few) and Patrick, P7 came an incredible 3rd!!!! 22 more words

Cross Country Festival Success

A team of 36 Preston Street runners took to the Meadows today for the EPSSA Cross Country Festival.

Participating in the ‘B’ schools races, our team achieved unprecedented success in a truly remarkable morning, resulting in Preston Street winning 8 out of the 20 medals on offer across the four races. 522 more words

Book Nook Launched!

On Thursday, World Book Day, P4C celebrated by launching their class initiative¬† – the ‘SMPS Book Nook’.

P4 sourced rugs, cushions and most importantly books for this corner which will operate at break and lunch time on the play ground and is open to all SMPS pupils. 23 more words
