Fideuà - The Other Paella

Fideuà is a wonderful dish originating from Catalan Spain and is very similar to it’s better known cousin, paella. The main difference being that instead of rice, thin vermicelli noodles are used, and unlike Italian pasta dishes the noodles here are cooked in only a small amount of liquid just as the rice would be cooked in a traditional paella. 548 more words
