"The script file could not be found" error when publishing SSDT projects

For some reason I started getting the following error when trying to publish one of my database projects in my SSDT solution.

To stop this you need to unload the project in question and delete the .dbmdl file in the project local working folder.  Then reload the project.


Running TFS Build Definitions for SSDT projects
