Kennecott wins clean air lawsuit

SALT LAKE CITY — A federal judge has ruled in favor of Kennecott in a lawsuit over pollution at its Bingham Canyon Mine.

A coalition of environmental groups including the Sierra Club, Utah Physicians for a Healthy Environment, Utah Moms for Clean Air and WildEarth Guardians sued Kennecott over pollution being put out by the mine. 173 more words
