Class 40 Project

We just got back from our latest trip to a Class 40 that we having been doing some work with. Some of the projects we have worked on with this boat include a new SK90 tackline, new inhaulers, staysail halyard with a soft shackle and new mainsheet loops among a bunch of other things. 16 more words

Just finished up a set of jib sheets for a 42′ IRC boat. Made with SK90 core for low stretch. They have dyneema “tips” at the shackle end to let it run smoothly in the inhauler rings, which then transitions into poly/tec cover. 139 more words
