Lighthouse Beacon Photos

While visiting Split Rock Lighthouse I took several photos of the lighthouse beacon which was rotating in the upper most area of the tower. The beacon was casting a transparent shade of phthalo green and I thought it was beautiful. 19 more words


Big Waves at Split Rock

As we finished hiking the Split Rock River Loop Trail we could see some big waves down by the lake. We drove down for a closer look and did find some big waves crashing into the shore.
