New Student Art: Beginning Watercolor, Fall 2017

I just finished teaching our fall session of Beginning Watercolor.

The first thing we worked on was learning wet-in-wet, wet on dry and dry-brushing strokes. We practiced brushstrokes and painted a back-lit scene for our first assignment. 170 more words

2nd Grade: Fallen Leaf Prints

Second graders had so much fun experimenting with different ways to print leaves. First, students went outside to create texture rubbings around school. Students made rubbings of bricks, the sidewalk, grass, trees, benches and more! 79 more words
