Workshop encourages women to consider law enforcement as career

Sixty women from across Manitoba were at the Winnipeg police headquarters on Friday and Saturday for the third Future Women In Law Enforcement workshop.

The workshop is a joint initiative of the Winnipeg Police Service, RCMP and Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) with the goal of encouraging young women to consider a career in law enforcement. 426 more words
