This March The Real Greek restaurant at Cabot Circus are embracing vegan dining and offering over 30 dishes that contain no animal products whatsoever.
Amongst these offerings will include a jackfruit Stifado (Greek stew made with slow-cooked jackfruit, button mushrooms, shallots and aniseed), and a Vegan Moussaka (layered potato, seasoned courgette, aubergine and slow-cooked jackfruit mix, cooked with cinnamon). 197 more words
