Sugar is a slippery slope

I’m on my second week of my sugar-therayp diet, and I’ve learned that it’s easy to get a bit carried away with the sweet stuff.  I’ve started adding sugar to my morning coffee, which I’ve never done in the 15 years I’ve been drinking coffee, I have a couple of cups of tea a day with lots of honey in each cup, and yesterday I bought some single-serving Haagen Dazs ice cream cups and a bag of dark chocolate chips to use as a topping.   466 more words
