Prof Tomkins to stand for North British Parliament

Prof Adam Tomkins, a constitutional law lecturer from the University of Glasgow, has announced he is set to stand for the Scottish Conservatives. This is rather handy as it comes only a few days after the Scots Tory leader Ruth Davidson, a West of Scotland list MSP, announced she will be fighting the Edinburgh Central and Lothian list for the 2016 election; thus creating space for Tomkins in the West list. 321 more words
