Month 1: I'm sore

After one month with a coach I can say I’m sore, and pleased. Might sound like an odd combo but I’m sore because of the core and strength training but I’m pleased because for the first time in forever, or maybe even ever, I’ve stuck with it. 204 more words

Impending Doom?

I am currently 20 days away from my second Ironman 70.3 and that familiar pre-race feeling of impending doom is started to set in.
