Lawmakers say enough is enough, proposing a law Tuesday they believe will truly deter repeat drunk drivers from getting behind the wheel.

Lake Michigan shipwreck zone to become national sanctuary

An 80-mile long stretch of Lake Michigan is on its way to  becoming the second Great Lakes National Marine Sanctuary.
