Responsive Images are now a part of Wordpress

Responsive images have been around for a while, but as of December 2015 WordPress has incorporated responsive images into  WordPress core. This means that when you upload images to your media library WordPress automatically adds srcset and sizes to your image attributes, so when you add a photo to your blog or website the web browser knows by looking at the users device resolution which size image to use. 63 more words
